IT Networking Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Networking Specialist with a strong background in cloud security, programming, and automation. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructures while integrating automation and programming solutions to optimize performance and security.

Key Responsibilities

Network Design & Management

• Design, configure, and manage robust network infrastructure for on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Maintain and optimize LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and other networking hardware and software.

Cloud Security

• Implement and monitor cloud security protocols to protect data and infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scans to mitigate risks.
• Develop and enforce policies for secure data access, storage, and transfer in cloud environments.

Automation & Programming

• Develop and maintain scripts and tools for automating routine network administration tasks using Python, PowerShell, or similar programming languages.
• Leverage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to automate network and infrastructure deployment.
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution.

Troubleshooting Network Problems

• Diagnose and resolve network performance issues, security breaches, and connectivity problems in real-time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system outages and performance bottlenecks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT networking, cloud security, and automation.
• Proven experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
