Government Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Government Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of government sales processes, including GEM, e-procurement portals, and other tendering platforms. This role involves extensive fieldwork, building relationships with government clients, and closing sales that contribute to our growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new government sales opportunities, focusing on security products and telecom solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government departments and agencies.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the needs of government clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare bid submissions, proposals, and pricing for tenders.
• Follow up on submitted tenders and ensure compliance with all requirements of the bidding process.
• Collaborate with the tendering team to ensure timely responses to all queries, RFQs, and tenders.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in government sales or tendering processes.
• Familiarity with government e-procurement portals (GEM, E-tendering platforms).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and sales pitches.
