Job Description

Surya International Enterprise Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Head to lead our recruitment efforts and manage our Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical for ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
    • Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to achieve recruitment targets effectively.
    • Monitor market trends and adapt hiring strategies to remain competitive.
  2. Recruitment Process Management
    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
    • Manage senior-level hiring, niche roles, and bulk hiring projects.
    • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices.
  3. Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
    • Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent partners.
  4. Employer Branding
    • Enhance the organizations employer brand through innovative campaigns.
    • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and networking forums.
  5. Data and Analytics
    • Track recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve hiring performance.
    • Maintain accurate records of hiring activities and outcomes for reporting purposes.

Key Qualifications

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition with a track record of managing recruitment for mid to senior-level roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume and niche recruitment efficiently.
