Experience – Min 6 Year in RESCO Project & Maintenance

Role & Responsibility: -

1. Project Management

a. End-to-End Oversight:

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of RESCO (Renewable Energy Service Company) projects, from planning, design, and execution to commissioning and handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring on-time completion.

b. Budgeting and Resource Allocation:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

c. Compliance and Quality Control:

• Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Implement quality assurance processes to meet project specifications.

d. Stakeholder Coordination:

• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.

2. Maintenance Management

a. Preventive Maintenance:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all RESCO projects.
• Ensure regular inspections of systems to avoid unplanned outages.

b. Performance Monitoring:

• Use monitoring systems to track the performance and efficiency of solar installations.
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend performance improvements.

c. Troubleshooting and Repairs:

• Lead technical teams in diagnosing and resolving operational issues.
• Ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime and energy losses.

d. Vendor and Contractor Management:

• Manage third-party vendors for maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to service-level agreements.

3. Tendering and Bidding

a. Tender Preparation:

• Study tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial terms to develop winning proposals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare detailed technical and financial bids.

b. Cost Analysis:

• Conduct project feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with company goals.

c. Tender Submission and Negotiation:

• Ensure timely submission of tenders with all required documentation.
• Participate in negotiations with clients to secure contracts.

4. Leadership and Team Management

• Lead and mentor project, maintenance, and tendering teams to achieve high performance.
• Provide training on best practices, industry standards, and safety protocols.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
