Job Title: Team Lead Indoor Sales (Calling and Lead Generation)
Location: Bhubaneswar, Delhi

Job Description

Surya International Enterprise Private Limited is seeking a proactive and experienced Team Lead – Indoor Sales to manage our calling team. The ideal candidate will oversee the team responsible for lead generation through calls, qualifying leads, and sharing them with the external sales team for follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Management
    • Lead, supervise, and motivate the indoor sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
    • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
    • Monitor team performance and address any challenges to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Lead Generation and Qualification
    • Manage the calling process to filter and qualify potential leads based on predefined criteria.
    • Ensure timely and accurate sharing of filtered leads with the external sales team.
    • Maintain high standards of lead quality and database accuracy.
  3. Process Improvement
    • Identify and implement strategies to improve calling scripts, lead qualification processes, and team efficiency.
    • Develop and update scripts to enhance customer engagement.
  4. Reporting and Coordination
    • Prepare regular reports on team performance, lead status, and outcomes.
    • Coordinate with the external sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  5. Customer Interaction
    • Handle escalated customer queries or issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
    • Foster a customer-centric approach within the team.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in indoor sales or BPO calling, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales and lead generation targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office for reporting and analysis.
  • Fluency in [Specify Languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]
