Role & responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of solar energy systems.

Project Oversight:

• Manage solar installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site assessments to determine the feasibility and optimal layout for solar installations.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in solar PV system design and layout, including knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Utilize software tools for energy modeling and simulation (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD).

Analytical Skills:

• Analyze site data, energy production estimates, and system performance metrics to recommend improvements.
• Evaluate and interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during installation and maintenance phases.
• Develop solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Coordinate with local authorities and utility companies for interconnection and compliance matters.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality control processes to ensure installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of solar systems to ensure optimal performance.
