Solar ITI Technician

A Solar ITI Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on experience with solar systems, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Maintenance
• Install solar panels, inverters, and related electrical components at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of solar systems to ensure optimal performance.
2. Troubleshooting and Repairs
• Diagnose and resolve issues in solar PV systems, including wiring, connections, and equipment.
• Replace faulty components and ensure all systems comply with safety and performance standards.
3. Testing and Monitoring
• Perform electrical testing of solar installations using specialized tools such as multimeters, insulation testers, and power analysers.
• Monitor system performance and report on efficiency metrics.
4. Compliance and Documentation
• Ensure installations meet all safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and repairs.
5. Customer Support
• Provide guidance to customers on system operations and maintenance.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any technical issues promptly.

Additional Requirements:

• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Open to travel for site locations.
• 2-wheeler is preferable
