Technical Operations

1. Installation and Commissioning
   
• Install solar panels, inverters, wiring, and other components of solar power systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards during installations.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies.
2. Maintenance and Repairs
   
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure the efficiency and longevity of solar systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues.
• Replace faulty components and test system functionality after repairs.

Customer Support

• Provide excellent customer service by explaining system operations and answering technical questions.
• Assist clients in understanding system warranties and maintenance requirements.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Documentation and Reporting

• Create and maintain comprehensive service records, including system diagnostics and repairs performed.
• Generate detailed work reports, including performance data and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare client-facing documentation for completed projects.

Leadership and Training

• Lead and mentor junior technicians and assist in their training and skill development.
• Ensure the team adheres to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and project milestones.
