Job Description
- Review design with mechanical design team & suggest changes required for feasible wire & tube routing.
- Selection of electrical components like sensors, PLC, HMI, I/O cards, transformer, multipin connectors, multicore cables, EMC filter, power supply, switch gears and other panel accessories.
- Prepare BOM and input output list as per final design.
- Prepare electrical Panel drawings and get it approved by customer.
- Submit time plan to customer of electrical & pneumatic related activities to meet project deadline.
- Perform electrical wiring & tubing inside the panel with all necessary ferruling & tagging on wires, tubes and communication cables.
- Co-ordinate with PLC programmer for logic preparation and manufacturing team for installation & commissioning for new machine at customer site.
- Hands on experience to operate soldering machine, crimping of multipin connectors like Weidmuller, Harting , Indoelectricals, phoniex contact, Allied etc.
- Hands on experience in operating ferrule printing machine.
- Hands on experience on controller based communication devices like vision camera, scanner, servo motor, laser sensor, LVDT, resistance meter, various types of analog to digital devices and digital to analog devices.
- Hands on experience of communication protocols like Modbus, TCP/IP, RS232 and Ethernet, Ether CAT, I/O link, CC link etc. to establish communication between PLC & these devices.
- Good knowledge of his work and communication
