Job Description

Surya International Enterprise Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and dynamic HR Executive to manage recruitment activities while handling HR generalist responsibilities. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in ensuring smooth HR operations and efficient talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment
   
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
• Conduct onboarding for new hires and ensure a smooth integration process.
2. Generalist Responsibilities
   
• Assist in employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
• Support in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
• Address employee grievances and provide support in resolving workplace issues.
• Contribute to performance appraisal and management processes.
3. HR Operations
   
• Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation related to recruitment and general HR functions.
• Oversee attendance management, payroll inputs, and leave administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
4. Employee Relations
   
• Foster a positive work environment and promote the companys values and culture.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment and generalist roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
