Admin Officer cum Receptionist

• Receive Incoming calls and forward to the concerned employee
• Update date and time of correspondence receipt and maintain record of it. (Photocopies if needed)
• Forward email correspondence to the concerned employees, take printouts if extremely necessary
• Maintain & upgrade List of supplier / service provider and details for communication with them
• Maintain and update list office stationary
• Work Order (PO/WO) to supplier & confirm receipt
• Supervise staff and worker Daily Attendance and Entry in excel Sheet after verification
• Ensure all employees daily attendance records are updated and easily available
• Prepare Attendance Register of employees by 1st working day of every month for previous month
• Responsible to arrange the Housekeeping and Stationary Items
• Handling Pantry & Kitchen administration
• Responsible for availability of Fire Extinguisher & First Aid.
• Ensure of Housekeeping of the factory.Role & responsibilities
