Manager Operations Excellence

Role & responsibilities

• Define the right metrics for ensuring robust tracking of sales & operations performance
• Develop & leverage real-time dashboards for continuous monitoring of these metrics along with a team of data analysts
• Conduct deep analysis on operational performance and derive actionable insights to help improve the performance
• Use the planning exercise to identify key risks to the budget and overall business goals of Croma
• Drive periodic reviews with senior management (both central and zonal) for operational KPIs against the plans
• Identify major shortfall areas and work with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong analytical skills ability to create financial models, handle large volumes of data
• Comfort in using Microsoft Excel, and willingness to learn and use new-age tools
• Program management skills – with the ability to quickly identify risks and independently take necessary actions to mitigate the same
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to understand the big-picture and business nuances
• Experience handling and guiding junior resources
