Associate Demand Planning

Role & responsibilities: :

• Track latest trends in the Consumer Electronics Market, and assess impact on Cromas business
• Track performance of consumer electronics industry and key competitors
• Understand key underlying drivers of demand of consumer electronics and track the movement of the same
• Prepare forecasting models based on historical performance, market trends etc. to predict the demand for products retailed by Croma.
• Help consolidate rolling weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales & margin targets and plans, basis inputs from respective functions

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong data analytics skills ability to create financial models, handle large volumes of data
• Comfort in using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and willingness to learn and use new-age tools and programming languages
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to understand the big-picture and business nuances
