Role & responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's growth.
• Drive and manage relationships with key OEM/ Tier II clients and others to maximize revenue.
• Leverage strategic relationships to grow the company's market share in Halogen Lamps.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities worth from key markets, including: Direct OEM & SPD business
• Develop strategies to increase market penetration and capture competitor share.
• Ensure collections are aligned with Purchase Order (PO) terms,
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any outstanding issues related to collections.
• Oversee the submission of all Requests for Quotation (RFQ) documents in coordination with the technical team, ensuring that all processes are followed to meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Implement efficient systems and processes to manage client relationships and ensure consistent communication between internal teams. Maintain strong relationships with existing OEM clients while also identifying potential new clients in the auto components industry.
• Act as a key point of contact for major OEM clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that the company delivers high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
