Position: HR Associate

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Job Brief

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative support. You will work closely with the company founders HR professionals and contribute to the smooth operation of our HR department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating and maintaining employee records in internal databases.
• Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and communicate relevant details.
• Post job openings on job boards, company careers pages, and social media platforms.
• Gather payroll data, including working hours, leaves, and other relevant information.
• Prepare HR-related reports, such as training budgets and employee statistics.
• Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies.
• Participate in organizing company events and career days.
• Support onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation and paperwork.
• Collaborate with founders on various projects and initiatives.

Requirements and Skills

• Masters degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
