Requirements:
1. Masters degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or related field.
2. 6+ years of experience in HR, preferably in hospitality.
3. Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations.
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience with HR software and systems.
2. Knowledge of talent management and performance management principles.
3. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices.
