Manager/Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

2. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers.

3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

4. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.

5. Develop and manage employee recognition and reward programs.

6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

7. Manage employee relations, including conflicts and grievances.

8. Manage HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and time-off.

9. Ensure accurate and timely HR data and reporting.

10. Maintain employee records and confidential files.

11. Support Training Manager in achieving training targets and foster learning culture

12. Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements:

1. Masters degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or related field.

2. 6+ years of experience in HR, preferably in hospitality.

3. Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations.

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience with HR software and systems.

2. Knowledge of talent management and performance management principles.

3. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices.
