Analyze and Optimize:Dive deep into user data to identify growth opportunities.

Monitor category performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness through robust data analytics..

Generate Actionable Insights:Transform data into actionable insights to refine marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement..

Customer-Centric Approach:Ensure all growth and marketing activities align with customer needs and preferences.

Conduct focus group discussions (FGDs), surveys, personal interviews or others.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including category, brand, digital marketing, and offline marketing, to ensure alignment and effective program execution..

Requirements.

1-3 years of experience as a category/retention associate/ driving growth of a category/business line..

Bachelors degree preferably a business degree..

Strong data orientation and enjoys collaboration..

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities..
