Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had a terrible experience during my interview with Supertails. The second interviewer i believe her name was Anushka or Anusha, had a rude attitude and behaviour issue. The entire process felt like a waste of 2-3 hours. After 3 rounds they informed me that only founder's round was pending and would be scheduled for a next day. However I never received a follow-up.
When I reached out to the consultancy that had shortlisted my resume i was told that being a pet parent was a mandatory requirement for this role. Shockingly Supertails had a audacity to claimed that I had a lied about a being a pet parent, which is completely untrue. i specifically applied for this role because I am a pet parent and have even registered for their app to order cat food and litter for my pets.
My question to Supertails: If you were so sure that I was lying and has a bad attitude, then why did you waste 3 rounds interviewing me? Shouldn't your so called "Experts" have figured that out in the 1st round itself? or does it take entire 3 rounds to recognise a "lier with an attitude problem"

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Horrible experience. 1st round was Interview round, noone showed up for 30 mins without intimating. Then, they expect you to wait and then in second round after assignment submission which was only given 1 day to complete on a saturday evening. Upon submission of a very long assignment on a weekend with designs n entire solution included, no feedback was given, not even a call or an email by HR that you got rejected or selected. HR Puja doesnt even pick up calls. Horrible.
