Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Head of SEO and Content to lead our SEO and content teams, ensuring a cohesive strategy that drives organic growth and engagement.

- Based in our Indore HQ, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both SEO strategy and content management, with the ability to manage teams effectively and align efforts to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimizations.

- Drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings through strategic initiatives.

- Monitor search engine algorithm changes and ensure the team adapts strategies accordingly.

Content Management:

- Oversee content strategy, planning, and production to align with SEO goals and brand messaging.

- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-optimized, and audience-focused content.

- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content channels.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and manage both the SEO and content teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.

- Provide training and guidance to team members, ensuring they stay updated with industry best practices.

- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure accountability within the teams.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor and report on the performance of SEO and content efforts, including rankings, traffic, and engagement metrics.

- Use data insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to implement SEO recommendations.

- Align SEO and content efforts with broader marketing and business strategies.

Key Qualifications:

Experience:

- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO and content management roles.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and align SEO and content teams effectively.

- Experience with high-traffic websites or competitive industries is a plus.

Skills:

- Expertise in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

- Strong knowledge of content creation, keyword research, and audience engagement strategies.

- Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS is a bonus.
