Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with over 7 years of experience to lead and deliver innovative projects aimed at solving challenges in the market.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding client requirements, ensuring they are accurately gathered and translated into actionable technical specifications, and managing projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Requirement Gathering:

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Facilitate discussions to gather and document detailed project requirements.

2. Requirement Translation:

• Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and technical deliverables.

3. Project Planning & Execution:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

4. Team Leadership:

• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration among developers, designers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure successful project delivery.

5. Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

6. Risk & Issue Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues that arise during execution.

7. Process Improvement:

• Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Advocate for Agile or hybrid methodologies to enhance project efficiency.

8. Reporting & Documentation:

• Create and deliver regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, timelines, and lessons learned.

Key Requirements:

1. Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

2. Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on requirement gathering and technical translation.
• Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in managing projects in the tech or recruitment domain is highly desirable.

3. Technical Knowledge:

• Familiarity with AI/ML-based products or platforms is a significant advantage.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and product management practices.
