Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales and marketing activities.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Manage pre-sales and post-sales processes to ensure sales targets are met.
• Manage and lead the sales team to maximize performance and efficiency
• Innovate and execute lead generation strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment in sales strategies
• Develop comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to build brand preference and increase sales volume.
• Maintain strong customer relationship management, keeping track of all client interactions.
• Engage with potential and existing clients to assess their needs and budget.
• Guide clients through the entire sales process, from pre-sales to post-sales, until possession.
• Monitor and report on sales metrics to track progress and performance
• Recruiting agents to the brokerage to increase size and sales.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Ensuring every member of the sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly.
• Controlling expenses and monitoring budgets
