• Oversee insurance sales activities through agency channel and tied channels to meet business targets.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth, improve market share, and enhance customer engagement.
  
• Lead a team of agents, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Branch Management or related field (insurance industry preferred).
