Your Role & Responsibilities:

🔹 Engage & Advise - Conduct daily sales calls, educate customers on financial planning, and provide complete product information.
🔹 Acquire & Expand Generate new business and achieve premium targets through effective customer acquisition.
🔹 Lead Management Follow up on leads provided by the company to convert opportunities into successful sales.
🔹 Cross-Sell & Upsell Maximize customer value by offering additional insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
🔹 Relationship Building Maintain long-term relationships with customers for policy renewals and business growth.
🔹 Process Adherence Ensure compliance with sales processes, KYC norms, and company policies while maintaining accurate data.
🔹 Performance-Driven Meet and exceed defined sales and financial KPIs for success in the role.

CTC - 2.5 LPA - 5 LPA

Location - South Delhi - Nehru Place, Ghaziabad, Connaught Place Delhi
