Job Description
- Accounts Payable Team handling
- Daily co-ordination with vendors/buyers with regarding to various AP related queries.
- Co-ordination with Direct and Indirect Tax team for tax related queries.
- Co-ordination with IT team for any issue/new changes related to SAP/ X-suite.
- Daily Invoice approval in X-suite.
- Review and approval of payment batch for Domestic/Import/Employee related payments.
- Adhoc payment processing related to vendor/employee.
- Posting payment entries related to employee/Manual payments in FEBAN.
- Intercompany invoices processing and payment release.
- Preparation of 15CA/CB for import of services.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Work experience of 11 to 12 years
- Expertise: Leadership skills to lead whole AP team
- Education: Level: Minimum B.com and post-graduation Subject: NA Certifications: NA
- Languages: English
- Soft skills: Good Communication skills and coordination with cross function departments and senior management in the organization
