Finance Controller/Head

We are hiring for Finance Controller/ Head role for one of our client in Fintech Healthcare .

Role - Finance Controller/ Head

Experience - 6 to 10 yrs

Offered CtC- 20-30% hike on current

Location - Gurgaon

Working Days - 6 days ( Saturday work form home rest 5 days from office )

Education - CA completed only

Interview Process- Face to Face only

Note : Notice period should be 0 to 30 days only and consider Stable profiles.

Job Description :

• Manage the finance function across revenue assurance, general accounting, FP&A, banking, direct & indirect taxation, and MIS
• Ensure that tax and regulatory payments, returns and filing are up to date and compliant.
• Budgeting - lead and report the budgeting process, business planning.
• Identify and implement best practices to make the Company, financial processes, and internal controls more efficient and effective.
• Prepare reports as required for Audit Committee, Executive Committee and Board meetings; prepare quarterly consolidated accounts; ensured compliance of financials with IAS/IFRS accounting standard .
