Role & responsibilities
Total responsibility and accountability of commercial, industrial and residential sales with focus on the Industries, Schools, Hotels, Architects, Contractors, Builders etc.
* Researching, identifying, sourcing, generating and classifying new sales opportunities.
* The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Responsible for marketing activities, turnover, sales & profitability, market share, identification of new product requirements, forecasting, business development and execution of orders
* Monitor industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers, technological changes and new offerings etc.
* Review Frameworks, Central & State Government policies & incentives to formulate business strategy Support, Liaisoning with Nodal agencies , Govt.
* Visit the customer, understand the requirements, do the site survey and prepare a feasibility report.
* Processing of Bills & follow-up for timely recovery of outstanding amounts due from the customers.
