Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and cultivate new sales leads through strategic networking, cold calling, and leveraging referrals. Your primary focus will be on engaging multi-brand distributors across various industries who maintain a minimum of 4-5 feet on the street.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by deeply understanding their needs and challenges. Offer tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and profitability through ReDi.
Sales Presentations: Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value of ReDi, demonstrating how our software can transform their distribution processes.
Target Achievement: Set ambitious goals and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings. Monitor and evaluate competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Collaboration with Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative promotional strategies and materials designed to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups within our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and tracking of sales progress.
Industry Engagement: Actively participate in industry events and networking functions to promote ReDi, establish connections, and generate new leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the distribution or software industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to connect with clients and influence decision-making.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software .
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
