Research Associate - Analytical

Position: Research Associate - Analytical

Role & Responsibilities :

• Knowledge of various chemical and instrumental methods of analysis, such as titrations, loss on drying, melting point, UV spectrophotometry, IR spectrophotometry, HPLC, GC.
• A general awareness of quality systems in the analytical laboratory.
• To implement QA systems in the laboratory under guidance of the department head
• Knowledge of computers, data processing on computers and archiving of data. To be able to process the data obtained from analytical instruments and store them systematically on the server
• To learn the analytical methods for agrochemicals

Qualification

• B.Sc. ( Chemistry), Post graduate diploma in quality systems, computer applications will be highly desirable

Experience :

• Fresher or 1-2 years experience in agriculture, Pharma industries or Contact Research Organization (CRO).
• The desired candidate should be able to communicate clearly in English. Should be able to take instructions from the Department Head.
• Good analytical / conceptual / logical skills.
• Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Must have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
