Executive / Sr.Executive - Purchase

Role & responsibilities :

• Exact / Required quantity in time & Defined MIS/PO's on timely basis
• Reducing No. of Rejections, No. of Stock out, Supplies as delivery schedule and lead time
• Quality improvement with in our cost limit
• Accuracy in ordering and old non-moving Inventory of RM/PM to be monitored every month
• Purchase plan in advance at least on quarterly basis, to finalize the negotiated price much in advance.
• Separate quality, timely supply contract for key packing material, minimum stock should be maintained with suppliers at all time.
• Constant touch with suppliers to pre-empt delivery issue
• Less Inventory to be maintained.(Measurement to be defined to avoid dumping of more material then required by the factory, exceptions are predefined
• Ensure Bill processing within 15 days on date of receipt
• Ensure Rectifying/Opening/feeding/Monitoring of Items accurately in the Account Item Master
• Compliance of all ISO related policies / reports / Formats.
• Positive Attitude, Customer oriental Service/approach, Timely proper communication
• Assignment of Major Duties can be altered, added or edited on the basis of Organisation needs and your expertise
• Timely Prepare of PO's in SAP system
• Ensure RFQ ( Request for Quotation) through from SAP system
• Timely providing required purchase related MIS reports from SAP system
• Timely preparation & updation of various material , BOM in SAP system
• Adhere to the roles and responsibilities assigned for following SAP system

Preferred candidate profile :Any Graduate with 3+ Years of Experience
