Purchase Executive - Faucet Plant

Role & responsibilities

1 Buying & making order plan in Faucet Manufacturing BOM item & consumable for faucet plant.

2 SAP knowledge must.

3 Developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies for cost optimization and
enhancing supply chain efficiency.

4 Identifying, evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness
and adherence to ethical and sustainability standards.

5 Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing, payment terms and
mutually beneficial agreements.

6 Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align
procurement activities with organizational goals.

7 Managing supplier relationships, including ongoing performance evaluation, issue resolution
and fostering long-term partnerships.

8 Monitoring inventory levels, analyzing demand patterns and implementing inventory
management strategies to manage stock levels and avoid shortages or excesses.

9 Implement procurement systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

10 Source and negotiate with potential suppliers, assess their capabilities and evaluate their
suitability based on predefined criteria.

11 Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop
procurement plans accordingly.

12 Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts and consumption patterns to optimize stock
levels and reduce carrying costs.

13 Develop and maintain procurement metrics to track performance, identify areas for
improvement and report on sourcing effectiveness.

14 Implement sustainable and socially responsible strategic sourcing practices, including
supporting local suppliers and promoting ethical sourcing.

15 Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with applicable laws and
regulations related to sourcing activities.
