Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Trainee to join our team. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in managing projects, assisting with planning, executing, and monitoring the progress of projects under the guidance of experienced project managers. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Project Planning: Support project managers in developing project plans, defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Project Coordination: Help coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects.
• Monitor Project Progress: Track project progress and report on project performance, including schedule and budget.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure all project-related documents are up to date.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Communication: Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Resource Management: Support the allocation and utilization of resources across multiple projects.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that the project meets the quality standards and adheres to established processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Prior internship or exposure to project management is an advantage but not required.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Software Proficiency: Strong Hands on Microsoft Excel.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others to achieve project goals.
