Role Overview:

The PMO will be responsible for overseeing project management activities, client engagement, resource coordination, and financial tracking. This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and strategic planning to ensure seamless project execution and optimal resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

PMO Projects & Client Management

• Monthly Feedback from Team
• Client Project Tech & Responsibilities
• Monthly Attendance Reports

PMO Sales & Strategies

• Vacancy Updates & Profile Follow-Ups
• Research on Inactive Clients & Sales Opportunities
• Bench Team Coordination
• Profile Creation for Client Openings

PMO Client Contracts

• Draft SOWs and contracts based on the provided templates.
• Review client contract durations and validity, and notify the PMO of upcoming renewals.

PMO - Finance

• Generate monthly client and resource profit analysis reports.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Client Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, understand requirements, and ensure smooth communication.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong ability to assess project challenges, resource utilization trends, and client feedback to provide actionable insights.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset to identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and implement process improvements.
• Project & Resource Management Expertise: Experience in workforce planning, staffing allocation, and managing project lifecycles efficiently.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to generate and interpret financial reports, profit analysis, and project budgeting to support decision-making.
• Attention to Detail: Strong documentation and reporting skills to maintain project data, contracts, and compliance reports.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Excel, Jira, Power BI, and other project tracking software.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Good data-driven decision-making skills, thinking with less assumption, more facts.
• Open to travel globally for business meetings.
• 2+ years of experience in client engagement, resource management, or a similar role.
• Prior experience in the IT services industry is preferred.
