PMO Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Intern to join our team. The selected candidate will work closely with project managers and key stakeholders to support the smooth execution of projects while assisting in resource allocation, optimization, and utilization as part of the Resource Management Group (RMG). This internship provides hands-on experience in project management practices and resource management strategies within a fast-paced environment.

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards to track progress, risks, and deliverables.
• Support in stakeholder communication and management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the Resource Management Group to maintain accurate records of resource allocation and availability.
• Support in identifying and assigning appropriate resources to projects based on skills, experience, and project needs.
• Assist in tracking resource utilization and providing recommendations for optimization.
• Generate regular reports on resource demand, capacity, and gaps for management review.
• Address and resolve resource conflicts in coordination with project managers and department leads.
