Job Description
- Process and validate tasks and investigate/resolve breaks in accordance with the established work practices and procedures
- Work with various internal transfer agency teams such as fund implementation group, trade processing, settlements, cash processing account opening to process transactions and resolve any exceptions in a timely manner
- Respond to and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner
- Understand Risk Management with ability to manage issues and exceptions above materiality thresholds for resolution
- Ensure all day-to-day queries are handled within required timelines and escalate issues as necessary
- Attend and drive internal onshore partner meetings, usually via conference call, to ensure needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded; ensure resolution of follow up items
- Actively involve in projects within the team
- Subject matter expertise in Transfer agency, reconciliation, trades settlements, KYC/AML or strong financial markets product knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including taking the initiative to drive change and enhance controls
- Self-starter and ability to learn quickly
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate strategic messages clearly and consistently with the team, making linkages to individual goals and accomplishments
- Strong relationship management and partnership with a large array of constituents; ability to manage by influence to promote change
- Leadership with proven ability to manage by influence to promote change
- Proactive in identifying and escalating issues
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent
