Serve as a strategic recruiter by actively establishing a collaborative relationship with business leaders by providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network.
Responsible for handling IT requirements for the region.
Responsible for complete talent acquisition cycle: sourcing, scheduling interviews, salary/rates negotiation, and candidates closure for assigned requisitions.
Strategy development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
Validation of resumes for experience and verification of work status.
Responsible for exercising discretion and good judgment in recruiting candidates.
Actively use both internal and external digital platforms to develop & execute sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, and develop relevant relationships.
Skill Required:
Prior experience in US recruitment is required.
Familiarity with different Work Authorization/ Visa (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, EADs etc) and Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
Strong understanding of technical requirements and experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.
