RSM - General Trade, FMCG Sales (1 Telangana + 1 Andhra Pradesh)

There are 2 roles for Regional Sales Manager - 1 for Telangana location and 1 for Andhra Pradesh

Location: Hyderabad (Telangana) + Andhra Pradesh any location

Requirement:

1. 10+ years of experience in FMCG industry in Telangana OR Andhra Pradesh and around areas

2. FMCG experience in GT (General Trade) Market is MUST

3. Very good relationship with distributors

4. Good connect with wholesalers and wholesale market

5. Good connect with FOS (fleet on street)/ sales agents

6. Fluent in local language

7. Experience in other districts of Telangana OR Andhra Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for topline for the entire state

2. Responsible for onboarding distributors on to Vigo platform

3. Responsible for building the team of sales agents

4. Ensure right selection of assortment

5. Guide the sourcing team for FMCG procurement

6. Responsible of Operations (first mile and last mile)

7. Responsible for managing the AMSs and BGMs
