Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Production Management:
Plan and execute forging operations based on production schedules.
- Monitor the forging process to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Coordinate with the planning and quality teams to meet customer delivery timelines.
Process Optimization:
- Analyze forging processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and innovative techniques to enhance productivity.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in forging operations or a similar role.
