Roles and Responsibilities

• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for sheet metal parts. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective production.
• Part Development: Oversee the development of new sheet metal parts, including design reviews, prototyping, testing, and validation. Ensure parts meet all specifications and quality standards.
• Project Management: Manage development projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure parts meet required standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections of supplier facilities.
• Cost Management: Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings. Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all development projects, including specifications, test results, and quality reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance part development processes.
