Program Manager - Infra Design and Solution

We're looking for an Program Manager who can:

- Be responsible for design of Fulfillment Centre across the country. The role will entail complete ownership of either, or infra design, layout design and process design.

- Build scalable processes to improve utilization of storage spaces by improving storage solution capabilities, layout solutioning with the goal of maximizing throughput of the warehouse without compromising on operational efficiency.

- Conceptualize key metrics and goals for warehouse design ( throughput per sqft, IPP etc) - consistently measure, educate and improve.

- Closely liaison with category teams, sourcing function and growth teams to drive short term and long term strategies pertaining to fulfillment center design.

- Carry out inventory analysis to design science of inventory allocation and achieve goals of FIFO, operational efficiency and storage accuracy

- Improve efficiency, utilization and productivity across Fulfillment operations Pick/Drop Productivity Increase, decreasing the Dock-to-Stock Time, etc)

- Be responsible for increase in Fill Rate of Customers - Reduction of Errors in Fulfillment Operations, ensuring First Expiry First Out, delivering clean product reducing damages.

- Be responsible for reduction of Losses of Inventory (due to Shrinkage & handling) - Exploring innovative solutions to eliminate Missing in Crates

- Represent Planning in setting up the new Fulfillment centers at Bangalore

- Knowledge of regional languages as most of our customers communicate in their regional languages. (Kannada Mandatory )

- Willingness to work on field and get hands dirty

- Passion to work with startups, especially food and grocery industry

- Willingness to go above and beyond for customers with high bias for action

- Graduation/Masters from Tier1/Tier2 college of the state

- 0 to 24 month of work experience in customer facing (F2F) role
