Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager for our Investment team at a well-known payments company

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in process development, management, and optimisation, with a strong focus on business growth, strategy, and stakeholder management. Candidates from Tier 1 colleges are preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, manage, and optimise processes across various investment initiatives.

- Oversee and drive partnerships with NBFCS, competitors, and other strategic alliances.

- Manage P&L for investment-related projects and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

- Contribute to business growth by formulating and executing effective strategies.

- Lead stakeholder management efforts to ensure seamless communication and execution of investment strategies.

- Analyse and interpret data to drive decision-making and optimise processes.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in program management, investment strategy, or a similar role.

- Proven track record in developing and optimising business processes.

- Strong experience in partnership management, especially with NBFCS and strategic alliances.

- Hands-on experience in managing P&L and driving business growth.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

- Strong data analysis skills and ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.

Preferred : Candidates from Tier 1 colleges.
