FableStreet - Program Manager - Business (2-4 yrs)

Who we are:

FS Life is a group of homegrown brands that are thoughtful, relevant and solve unmet apparel and lifestyle needs for the modern Indian woman. It launched in September 2016 with FableStreet, a premium western wear brand that provides the best fits for the Indian women. It evolved into a multi-brand organisation with the launch of March- a silver jewellery brand, and Pink Fort - a modern Indian wear brand reimagining traditional clothing for the woman of today.

About the role:

- We can't promise a structured JD, as in all likelihood you will be dabbling with 2-3 different roles across functions at the same time. You won't be working out of a fancy corporate office, but you will get to work with a rockstar team who will push you to do better every day. You won't have 5 bosses to guide you at every step but will have the freedom to make mistakes on your own.

- You may not have relaxed & quiet weekends, but you will have a job that doesn't feel like work even on weekdays. Rather than being stuck with a "boring" job which anyone can do, you will get to do something where you play an extremely important role in building something meaningful over the next decade.

What you will need

- B.Tech / MBA from a good college

- 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in a business role

- Ruthless prioritization skills between immediate, medium- and long-term goals

- Ability to analyze data to identify points of failure or even success area

- Ability to take up high ownership to plan and deliver on business-related goals
