About the Role:
As Program Manager, you will be working closely with the CEOs office to drive the company strategies and align the organization to the company goals/objectives. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about growth, process, product and knows what to prioritize based on the need of the hour.
From day one, you will have an immediate impact on our productivity, sales process governance, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between teams.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a program management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Governance:
- Support in implementation of strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of leadership team
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
- Review, design, and execute on improvements to organization structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
- Serve as liaison between team members, regarding sales planning, pipeline, proposals, and closures.
- Ensure that the sales process and system updates are diligently adhered to Highlight deviations. (manage and own the CRM system)
Revenue Governance:
- Ensure that the company's revenue objectives are being met by working with cross-functional teams to assist them in identifying additional revenue streams,
- Curating pricing strategies and re-inventing the pricing wheel, as per the business requirements.
- Keep a track of all existing lines of business and their revenue, to ensure there is no slippage against targets.
- Drive weekly/monthly review meetings with business leaders and contribute effectively to the conversation.
Special Programs:
- Work on strategic programs to help drive revenue, create new products, and aid the company in staying ahead of the curve.
- Devise business case and GTM roadmap for new product lines including sizing opportunity and attractiveness, identifying growth levers, positioning etc.
- Support CEO on client engagement & presentations
- Facilitate the CEOs client discussion with adequate market data, client history with AuthBridge and presentations required from time to time.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, developing action plans to assist with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
- Interact with Product team and stakeholders to define product features as captured during the client discussions hosted by the CEO or as an outcome of CEOs meetings.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
Must have work Experience:

- Extraordinary communication skills - written and verbal.
- Deriving insights from data analysis and translating them into storyboarding on PowerPoint are your strengths. Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity with experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
Qualification & Functional Skills:
- MBA from Tier I Campus only with BTech is a must
- Experience of 5+ years in a business or executive management, organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
- Analyse data and find insights to enable strategic decisions and enhance Sales.
- Drive Sales governance by reviewing & building new processes from time to time, monitoring sales funnel, pipeline and leads to help the organisation achieve its revenue objectives.
- Developing and implementing strategy for the Business unit and executing for Workforce Solutions Sales department. Storyline insights on market (market research, identify potential, GTM) and POC / POV of the offering for the audience.
