Job Overview :
We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to identify, attract, and hire the best talent for our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process while aligning with the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to identify top talent.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies tailored to each role.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research: Stay updated on recruitment trends, industry best practices, and competitor hiring strategies to attract the best candidates.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness to optimize the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Support the development of employer branding initiatives to promote our company as an employer of choice in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with relevant laws, policies, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. PG is preferred
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in recruiting, preferably in the B2B or SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to building strong relationships with internal teams and external candidates.
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting for technical, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment trends and challenges.
