Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Service Delivery Manager (Recruitment) with over 12 years of experience.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of recruitment services to clients, ensuring high-quality candidate sourcing, selection, and placement, while maintaining client satisfaction.
- You will be expected to drive strategic recruitment processes, manage a team of recruiters, and maintain a seamless service delivery framework in alignment with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with client needs and organizational objectives.
- Provide oversight and direction to recruitment teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of candidates for a wide range of roles.
- Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring all roles are filled within established timelines.
- Analyze recruitment trends and data to proactively adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related queries and service updates.
- Ensure that recruitment services meet client expectations and adjust services as required based on client feedback.
- Present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting recruitment progress, challenges, and success metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals to achieve recruitment targets.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the recruitment team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and high-performance team culture focused on continuous improvement.
Process Improvement & Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and improve recruitment processes, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Implement best practices and innovative approaches to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes and results to ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Identify areas for continuous process improvement and cost optimization.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
- Act as the liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Oversee the preparation of reports detailing recruitment progress, metrics, and insights for senior leadership and clients.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on recruitment trends, talent market conditions, and workforce planning.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage recruitment budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Allocate resources appropriately across recruitment projects and teams to meet client demands.
- Optimize the use of recruitment tools, technology, and platforms to streamline operations.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage risk and resolve any issues that arise throughout the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment projects and leading recruitment teams.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, job boards, etc.) and reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and drive results.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
