Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Network Engineer to join our team and provide advanced network support for our client"s data centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking technologies, static and dynamic routing protocols, and firewall security. This position requires daily interaction with clients, offering insights to remote teams and management, while ensuring the stability, availability, and security of the network infrastructure.

This jobs requires you to:

Provide L3 support for team deliverables and Network designing for new infrastructure.

Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the companys network infrastructure.

Monitoring, management and troubleshooting of configuring LAN/WAN, CISCO/DELL Switches/routers, Next-Gen Cisco (ASA/FTD)/Palo Alto firewalls, wireless devices, SoHo Network Devices.

Manage network devices backup manual, TFTP and auto-backup tool.

Configure and manage network monitoring tools such as NCM, NPM, Syslog servers, traffic analyzers, and health monitoring systems.

Remote IOS upgrade of network devices like Switches, Routers, Firewall and WLC.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues related to LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN connectivity.

Perform root cause analysis for network problems and provide solutions to prevent recurrence

Mentor L1 L2 network Engineers and work closely with them for escalation and resolution of network related issues

Job Requirements

Details:

Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of network infrastructure.

Hands on experience with firewalls rules, troubleshooting, configuring LAN/WAN, CISCO/DELL Switches/routers, Next-Gen Cisco (FTD)/PaloAlto firewalls, wireless devices, and any SDWAN technology.

Good knowledge of Routing protocol EIGRP, OSPF, BGP and Static and Troubleshooting.
Good Knowledge in Layer2 Layer3 Switching technology Like VLAN, VTP Server/Client, STP, RSTP, MSTP, Rapid-PVST, Inter-Vlan routing, HSRP, VRRP, Stacking Switching troubleshooting.

Firewall Inside, Outside DMZ zone and Security Level, Policy, rule management, security, High-Availability, Cluster, Failover, logs monitoring and troubleshooting.

Good knowledge of Remote access VPN, IPSEC VPN etc.

Good understanding of Cisco ISE.

Good knowledge in HLD / LLD for new infrastructure, Customize network, MS Visio tool and Open-Source tool.

Good Hands-on experience on Wireless infra management with WLC9800.

excellent written and verbal communication.

Additional Skills:

Cloud Networking: Familiarity with cloud networking technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Automation/Scripting: Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or others for network automation.

Personal Attributes:

Analytical thinker with a keen attention to detail.

Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
