- 16+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of leading transformation projects.
- Expertise in TA technologies, process improvement, and analytics tools.
- Strong experience in vendor management and referral program execution.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in creating and interpreting dashboards to inform decision-making.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Familiarity with emerging trends and innovations in talent acquisition.
