Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier lateral talent across diverse functions in the IT Services domain.
- Align recruitment strategies with organizational goals to support business growth and scalability.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
- Build capabilities within the team to enhance their expertise in lateral hiring and advanced sourcing techniques.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor and optimize hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR partners to understand talent requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and recruitment agencies.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor benchmarks to remain competitive in talent acquisition strategies.
- Utilize data analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness and derive actionable insights.
Employer Branding:
- Enhance the company's employer brand by showcasing it as an employer of choice within the IT Services sector.
- Implement innovative approaches to candidate engagement and experience.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 15 years in talent acquisition, with a significant focus on lateral hiring within IT Services organizations.
Education: Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree or MBA in HR or related fields is preferred.
Expertise:
- Proven experience in large-scale lateral hiring and managing complex hiring requirements.
- Strong understanding of IT Services industry trends, roles, and skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, and advanced sourcing tools.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing recruitment teams.
