Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the team on identifying and onboarding quality candidates
- Handling lateral bulk hiring
- Fresher hiring from campus and institutes
- Young and dynamic, can rollup the sleeves and build an efficient TA team
- Develop and implement comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and growth ambitions
- Setup, lead, mentor, and manage team of skilled recruiters, providing guidance and support in all aspects of the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders / global stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
- Build and enhance relationships with external hiring partners / agencies, job boards/ social media, campus, diversity forums and other talent sources to enhance organization's reach
- Own the entire hiring candidate experience including system workflows - job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, reporting
- Implement and maintain a robust applicant tracking system to streamline recruitment processes, track candidate progress, and own decisive MIS reports / TAA dashboard.
Skill & Competencies :
- Self-starter with high result orientation
- Systems thinking, entrepreneurial drive & can challenge status quo.
- Stakeholder management skills, including ability to coordinate & influence across the hierarchy
- Analytical & data reporting skills enabling meaningful conversations / decisions
Education & Qualifications:
- Masters/PG degree in Human Resources from good pedigree B-School
