About the Job :

The candidate will be responsible for solutioning frontend for Randstad RiseSmart's innovative.

Outplacement and Talent mobility solutions.

As a member of the Backend team, you will :

- Develop and Maintain Scalable Services : Design, implement, and maintain server-side logic to create efficient and reliable backend services that support web and mobile applications.

- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams : Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and ensure alignment with business requirements.

- Contribute to Code Quality and Best Practices : Participate in code reviews, uphold software quality standards, and advocate for best practices such as continuous integration, testing, and deployment strategies.

- Implement Security and Data Protection : Develop secure APIs and integrate best practices for data protection and access control to ensure compliance and safeguard user data.

- Optimize Performance : Analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance of existing systems to meet high availability and scalability standards.

What You Will Need :

- Work Experience : BE/BTech/MCA with 2 years of experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Backend Development : Strong knowledge of Java, Springboot and microservice architecture to develop robust backend services and applications.

- Experience with Databases : Familiarity with both relational databases (e.g, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g, MongoDB, Redis) for designing and optimizing data storage solutions.

- Understanding of API Development : Experience building secured RESTful APIs for seamless communication between client and server.

- Knowledge of Version Control Systems : Proficiency in using version control tools like Git to manage and collaborate on code effectively.

- Familiarity with Cloud Services and Deployment : (Good to have) Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (e.g, Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying and managing scalable applications.
