Affiliate Marketer (Freelance)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Program Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners to grow the affiliate network.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to maximize revenue and ROI.
• Campaign Development: Create and implement affiliate marketing strategies, promotions, and campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with affiliates, providing them with the necessary tools, support, and updates to ensure their success.
• Tracking and Reporting: Use affiliate tracking platforms and tools to track affiliate performance and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of affiliate programs.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure affiliates adhere to company policies and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, or similar).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and online advertising is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
